Czech Republic is a state with free market connected to the free market in the EU. The unemployment is about 6.3 percent (in the whole EU it's approx. 10.3). The public debt of CR is 44.4 percent of GDP.
The economy of the CR is trying to regenerate after the crisis in 2009. The unemployment should be lowering in the next years. However, withn our quite unstable politics it is not that sure. Even though, our economy is said to be predicted to grow.
As well as the economics, also the national debt is predicted to grow (the debt is also used very often in politics, where political parties blame each other for causing the debt and its growing) and it is not sure what else this will cause.
At this point I have a serious problem with finding any information on the internet. The articles about Czech economical situation are mostly from years 2011, 2012 or older (reacting on the world's crisis). I have found some articles in english but I have problems with understanding, because I haven't read anything about economics before even in Czech. The source I am using for the data is: http://ec.europa.eu/economy_finance/eu/countries/czech_republic_en.htm. and http://ec.europa.eu/economy_finance/eu/forecasts/2014_autumn_forecast_en.html, also the pages on Wikipedia. the free encyclopedia.
